About the Dancer - Aishwarya Sriraman
Aishwarya is the daughter of Indu Sriraman and Sriraman Ganapathi, and the older sister of Aravind Sriraman. She is currently a rising junior at William G. Enloe High School.
Aishwarya has been training in Bharatanatyam under the abled tutelage of Smt. Meena Rajagopal from the tender age of 6. She has had the opportunity to showcase her talent at India Fest, Tamil Cultural Association, Greater Carolina Kerala Association, Heritage Festival, Cary Diwali, International Festival, SV Temple, and Hindu Society of North Carolina to name a few. Her arangetram, at the age of 15, is indeed an early milestone in her passionate journey towards excellence in this divine art form.
She is also pursuing vocal Classical Carnatic Music for nearly a decade now. She loves playing the piano and harmonium.
She is committed to and enjoys serving the local community through volunteering. Her other interests are drawing, reading, and sports.
